Jo Neill is currently Professor of Psychopharmacology at the Bradford School of Pharmacy. She has also worked at the Universities of Birmingham and Leeds. However, she has been released into the real world from time to time, to work in the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, France and Italy.

In addition to leading a multi-disciplinary academic team, she actively collaborates with colleagues working in the NHS, as well as the pharmaceutical industry. Her research interests centre around development of preclinical models for aspects of psychiatric disease states - particularly in relation to cognition and schizophrenia.
